Rhein Fire is an American football team in Düsseldorf, Germany, playing in the European League of Football. As a successful team in a relatively young league, Rhein Fire faced challenges typical of emerging sports projects, such as maintaining fan engagement, increasing attendance, and attracting new sponsors. They needed a solution to build a more connected and active fanbase while also providing value to their supporters and sponsors.

Heat Club

Tap2link helped Rhein Fire create the Heat Club, a tiered membership program with three levels: Fire Edition, Silver Edition, and Black Edition. Each level offers unique benefits, such as discounts on merchandise, exclusive event access, and special privileges.
